Chesham is strategically located to the north west of London, with close proximity to the regional centres of Watford, Hemel Hempstead and High Wycombe. The area benefits from excellent communication, provided by the A41 link road to the M25 at Kings Langley (junction 20). There is easy access to the M40 and M1 motorways and a direct rail link to Central London via the Metropolitan Line.

Market Commentary / Rental Costs

  • Office rents in Chesham are completely different from the sister town, Amersham where rents are up to £28 per sq ft, Chesham are only £14/£15 per sq ft for prime offices.
  • Industrial is good and we have been involved with Chess Industrial Park for many years now and the last three units are under offer at £565,000 per unit.
  • Demand for industrial is still strong, with sites like Springfield Road being bought by Inland Homes, to be developed into housing. We are currently letting space short term up to June 2018.
