Maddie Briggs

I graduated from Nottingham Trent University in June 2021 with a degree in Real Estate BSc (Hons), which included a placement year working for Savills in London.

I am working within the Professional Services department alongside Michael Garvey, assisting with:

• Commercial valuations
• Rent review
• Lease renewals
• Development & investment agency.

I am currently working towards my APC professional qualifications on the commercial pathway.
