About Chandler Garvey

Chandler Garvey is a leading firm of commercial property consultants in the Greater Thames Valley region, with a network of offices across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

Founded by Alan Chandler and Michael Garvey MBE, two highly regarded property experts, our dedicated team strives to provide owners and occupiers of commercial and development land with a high level of personal service, fostering lasting business relationships.

Michael joined the firm in 2004 as a director alongside Alan, when it was known as Stupples. In 2015, the firm rebranded to Chandler Garvey Ltd, and this year marks the 10-year anniversary of the name change.

Following Alan’s retirement in 2024, he continues to contribute to the firm as a consultant. The business is now led by Michael Garvey and Joanna Kearvell, who was appointed as a director upon Alan’s retirement. Joanna, who has been with the company since 2006, heads our Agency Department.

Investing in the community

At Chandler Garvey, we are passionate about helping the community and invest our time and money supporting many local charities and community initiatives. We know that a local business is, first and foremost, a part of its community, and we take this responsibility seriously. As Ambassador Members of Buckinghamshire Business First (BBF), we actively support their efforts in fostering and supporting businesses across Buckinghamshire. Our involvement with BBF allows us to contribute to the growth and success of the local business community. We work alongside BBF to support the Buckinghamshire Business Awards and sponsor the Community Champions Award, which gives us the opportunity to recognise and reward local businesses that invest in their community as we do.

Additionally, we are proud to be Community Investors with Heart of Bucks, a funding organisation awarding grants and loans to support essential local charities and community groups. We are also exhibitors at the Bucks Skills Show to represent the industry and encourage people to explore the RICS pathways into property, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing future talent in the sector.

Sponsorship

We sponsor the Kimble Point to Point in Kimblewick each year and are proud sponsors of the High Wycombe Life magazine, helping to highlight the wonderful things happening in the town.

High Wycombe Life magazine is a local publication dedicated to showcasing the vibrant community and various events happening in High Wycombe. As sponsors, Chandler Garvey Ltd. supports this initiative, which aims to deliver positive news and stories to the residents of High Wycombe. The magazine is distributed to all 34,000 households in High Wycombe and has received positive feedback from residents who appreciate the focus on local achievements and events.

This year we are proud to sponsor two elite athletes Kylie Roddy and Molly Patch. Kylie Roddy is a top-level 5★ international event rider, known for her standout performances at the Badminton Horse Trials and a 1st place finish at Pau CCI-L 5★ in 2024. Molly Patch is an elite-level road and gravel cyclist, a multiple BUCS Champion, British Track silver medallist, and now aiming for the Gravel World Championships. Beyond their sports, Kylie is dedicated to teaching, breeding, and developing elite horses, while Molly is an advocate for Alopecia awareness and actively involved in her community.

Chandler Garvey are proud to be sponsoring Molly Patch for 2025!

Molly Patch is a dedicated athlete who began her sports journey as a swimmer and runner before transitioning to triathlons and ultimately focusing on elite-level road and gravel cycling. Her track record includes a silver medal in the British Track champs (Team Pursuit), several times BUCS Champion across TTs and Track, podium finishes in the Spanish Basque Cup and consistent Top-10s in the British Road Series. This year, Molly is incorporating gravel into her calendar, with the goal of qualifying for the Gravel World Championships.

Beyond her athletic pursuits, Molly is also a model represented by Zebedee Talent, an agency that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. She has openly shared her experiences with alopecia, an autoimmune condition leading to hair loss, which she first encountered at the age of five. Molly uses her platform to raise awareness and support others facing similar challenges.
