Following the latest Government guidelines, we are working from home but otherwise open for business as normal. This includes undertaking viewings and inspections, subject to the team following Covid secure guidelines including wearing appropriate PPE. For viewings we will be asking applicants the following and will require positive confirmation before proceeding with the viewing.
- You have not displayed COVID-19 symptoms within the past 10 days
- You have not knowingly been in the presence of someone displaying COVID-19 symptoms within the past 10 days
- Agree to adhere to Government guidelines, namely those concerning social distancing and the wearing of a correctly worn face mask throughout the viewing
- Confirm you are using the ‘NHS Covid-19’ app and allowing it to record your proximity to others.
Where appropriate, we will simply open the door to the premises and wait outside whilst the applicant looks around and then be available for a conversation outside. Where this isn’t appropriate, we will maintain social distancing and limit time within the premises to a minimum.
