As we move past the halfway point of 2025, it’s been encouraging to see such strong momentum across our Agency team. The UK commercial property market continues to perform well, and while industrial remains the dominant focus, we’re also seeing plenty of movement within the office and retail sectors.
We’ve been fortunate to secure a number of exciting new instructions recently, each reflecting the strength of our client relationships and the trust placed in us:
- A Starbucks Drive-Thru investment sale on Bicester Road, Aylesbury
- Vantage 41 – a scheme of 9 new-build industrial units in Aston Clinton
- A mixed use investment opportunity in Amersham
- An investment/development opportunity in the centre of Great Missenden, featuring a detached office building
- And looking ahead, new premium industrial units and offices are currently under construction at Westcott Venture Park, with completion expected in early 2026
These instructions highlight the breadth of activity we’re seeing and the continued appetite for quality assets across the region. It’s been a busy and productive first half of the year, and we’re looking forward to building on this momentum as we head into the autumn.
