We’re pleased to announce an exciting new chapter for Chandler Garvey, with the appointment of Joanna Kearvell as Managing Director.
Joanna steps into the role having previously led our Agency team, bringing with her a wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge, and a long-standing commitment to the business. Her appointment marks an important milestone in our continued growth and evolution.
Having been a Director for the past two years and a member of the Senior Management Team for six, Joanna has played a pivotal role in shaping Chandler Garvey into the thriving firm it is today. Since joining the business, she has contributed to many of our most significant projects and built a strong reputation across the commercial property sector.
Reflecting on her appointment, Joanna said:

There are significant opportunities ahead, both within the industry and across the business to drive operational efficiencies and deliver continued growth. As part of this transition, Michael Garvey will remain actively involved in the business as Owner and Executive Director. He will continue working closely with clients while also focusing on the development of Garvey Consulting, a new division within the company.
