Alan Chandler acted on behalf of Merritts Properties Limited, throughout negotiations and although the site was designated originally as an office location, changes in the markets, demand for offices etc. concluded that residential was going to be the best and most profitable option.
Media House, Chesham
Chandler Garvey sold Media House, an office building lying adjacent to the Waitrose store in Chesham to residential developer, Ridgepoint Homes. The property comprised approximately 7035 square foot on ground and 1st floor with 15 on site car spaces.
