For that reason, we have recently made the decision to switch our agency software to Agents Insight. The Agents Insight CRM enables us to centralise our properties, enquiries, and marketing efforts into one platform with the bonus of innovative new features.
NEW FEATURES:
The Microsite: we can now offer a bespoke Microsite for each of our properties. The microsite brings all the property information, related documentation, and images into one easy to navigate page. Campaign Emailers: allows us to send a targeted email campaign for each property to ensure that we are reaching the most suitable applicants in our database.
Property shortlists: lets us select a range of shortlisted properties for each applicant and display them on a map view as well as a detail view.
Realtime updates: any updates that we make to the property details will automatically update all our marketing portals. This ensures that we are consistently displaying the most accurate information at all times.
Reporting: Agents Insight provides us with an efficient reporting system. It allows us to collect and combine information on each property in a quick and easy to read report for our clients. This gives you real-time updates which you can access at any time.
The new software allows us to maximise our marketing for each property as well as providing improved functionality. This ensures we are working as efficiently as possible for our clients and applicants alike.
