Based in High Wycombe, Gesica joins us with a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Senior Property Manager in Estate Agency and Block Management. Her background in managing a diverse range of properties makes her a valuable addition to our Property Management Team.
In her new role, Gesica will oversee maintenance schedule, manage vendor contracts and implement strategies to optimise facility performance and safety. Her strategic approach and keen eye for detail ensures that the properties we manage will continue to meet the highest standards.
